Shoulder Guide

This method utilises a combination of Fixation Tape, Taurus Tan, and Taurus Tear for optimal reinforcement. It is a versatile technique suitable to secure the shoulder whilst allowing movement.

Step-by-step Guide

Spray & Anchor

Apply Mueller Pre Tape Spray, stick down the 5cm Fixation Tape over the collar bone, and apply one anchor of 7.5cm Taurus Tear around the bicep

Secure

Add one strip of 5cm Taurus Tan over the Fixation Tape. Then multiple strips of Tan, from the anchor, covering over the shoulder, in an X formation. Locking in with one final strip over the collarbone

Lock in

Go around the bicep and over the shoulder joint using 7.5cm Taurus Tear, finally locking it in with 5cm Fixation Tape over the collarbone
