Order Processing
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days once payment has cleared.
You will receive confirmation when your order has left our warehouse.
Delivery Responsibility
By law, we remain responsible for your goods until they are delivered to you.
Once the courier confirms delivery at the address provided at checkout, responsibility passes to you.
We are not responsible for parcels lost, delayed, or damaged due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
Tracking & Delivery Issues
Where possible, we will provide tracking details so you can follow your order.
If your order is delayed or goes missing in transit, we will contact the courier on your behalf and support you in resolving the issue.
If a delivery is marked as completed but you have not received it, you should notify us within 7 days so we can investigate with the courier.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days with photos of the packaging and product.
If an item is missing, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will investigate.
