Returns Policy at Taurus Tape
When placing and fulfilling an order through our website you are agreeing to the terms below:
Taurus Tape hopes your purchase is perfect for you, however if your item is unsuitable we will accept returns within 14 days for exchange or credit note only. We offer free returns and a prepaid postage label can be provided through the returns portal, or you can visit a store.
Credit expires in 6 months from the issue date and can be used across the whole of the Taurus Tape website or transferred to a gift card.
We hope you loved your new Taurus Tape products. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return (postage not included). Please return item to store or request a return by contacting us at sales@taurustape.co.uk.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are returned and received by Taurus Tape.
You will receive an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY on accepted returns. Credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift card or discount link to use online or in stores once the item has been received back to us.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at sales@taurustape.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Live Events & Pop Up Events
We hope you loved your new Taurus Tape products purchased at discounted prices at the LIVE EVENT or DURING A SALE.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns on sales made at live events, are on sale, as they are heavily discounted.
