How To Tape An Elbow

This method utilises a combination of Taurus Tan, and Taurus Tear for optimal reinforcement. Stops the elbow from hyper-extension, whilst allowing movement.

Step-by-step Guide

Spray & Anchor

Apply Mueller Pre Tape Spray and secure anchors in place, on the forearm and bicep using 7.5cm Taurus Tear

Secure and stabilise

Tear off strips of 5cm Taurus Tan, starting from outside of the forearm, across the elbow joint to the inside of the bicep

Repeat

Repeat these steps 5x, ensuring the elbow is secure with the strips of 5cm Taurus Tan are in a "snowflake formation"

Lock In

Secure and lock the elbow, using 7.5cm Taurus Tear, wrapping around the arm in a figure of 8 motion
