My issue is a slight discomfort in my forearm and the physio suggested using Taurus tape alongside exercises. I have been using the tape for 2 months and whilst I still have the same discomfort (no worse/no better) I felt more confident doing the exercises with the tape as support. It stays on and is water resistant.
